Kazakhstan

Hospitable, adventurous and endless views

From endless steppe to beautiful green nature

Kazakhstan is the first country we entered when we drove to Central Asia with our own camper(van). After Russia, this country was a relief of peace and freedom. This was also the case when we returned to Kazakhstan after our journey through all other “Stans”. The people are hospitable, the roads are good and you still have some more Western facilities than in the other countries in Central Asia.

Information about Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan is known for its vast steppe, hospitable people and untouched nature. It is the 7th largest country in the world, and this is noticeable when you drive through the steppe from west to east. The special thing about Kazakhstan is the diverse landscape. Vast plains in the steppe where the starry sky offers endless views at night. Innumerable layers of stone in different colors at the tiramisu mountains in Mangistau. But also the region around Almaty with rugged vistas full of mountains, forests and rivers.
